1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of g-gdb.com and purchases from GGDB Boutique Personal Shopping Store (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

4. Orders and Acceptance

An order submission is an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. 7. Shipping and Delivery

We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Orders may be fulfilled internationally, and delivery estimates may vary by destination, customs processing and carrier conditions. Any available processing or delivery estimate will be shown on the website, at checkout or in the order confirmation. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed.

If we cannot ship within a promised period, we will provide an updated estimate and, where required by applicable law, allow you to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund. Risk of loss and title transfer as provided by applicable law and the carrier’s delivery record.

8. Returns and Refunds

You may request a return within 15 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Shipping & Returns Policy. Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging with proof of purchase. Return authorization is required before mailing an item. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
